Computer Science & Engineering
The New Mexico Tech Computer Science and Engineering Department was founded in 1966, making it among the oldest in the nation. With more than 200 students, the department is the second largest on campus. NMT is known for providing an education that is equally grounded in theory and application. Students get constant hands-on experience, culminating with a comprehensive senior design project. Graduates command top dollar from Silicon Valley to Washington, D.C.
